BIO
Born and raised in Mexico City, Zeon has proven international success in the music video industry by making videos for artists like Lady Gaga, Brooke Candy, JoJo, Icon For Hire, La Lupita, Lila Downs, and others. Now, he goes rogue on his own musical journey with edgy, industrial and fist-pumping Dark Pop songs.
“Criminal" and "Touch My Screen" were Zeon’s first dive into the Dark Pop genre. The second was featured in the award-winning LGBT+ digital series The Filth. "Damage Control" turned up the adrenaline with an energetic, up-tempo electro rock sound, followed by an even harder electronic rock on "Armor". Zeon's music is on daily rotation on Bizarro FM and has gained attention from major media outlets, multiple blogs, sites and listeners around the world.
Damage Control is Zeon's debut EP. "I faced a lot of darkness over the last few years and it left marks on me. These songs are a glimpse of those times. The damage is permanent, and it stings. But I choose to embrace and celebrate it."
Closing the EP is "Hella Good", a Nu Metal / Rock take on No Doubt's hit song from Rock Steady (Expanded Edition).
